This is a remote full time role and can be held from anywhere in the world. We are fully remote from day one. Our team is spread across Europe, India and Australia.
🧶 About the role
We are looking for a strong Product Manager to join the founding team.
Our user experience is one of the most crucial parts of delivering a game changing experience. We are looking for a motivated Product Manager who has passion for building delightful productivity tools and wants to build for future of work.
As a Product Manager you will join the founding team and will get complete autonomy to shape a product that will impact millions of users.
✏️ What you will do
- Work directly with the founding team to shape the product vision
- Build a world class customer centric experience with delightful product features and a clear roadmap to deliver the product
- Own, drive and manage product development by working with a cross functional Design, Customer and Engineering teams
- Lead the strategic planning and prioritisation of product features; define the beta product and work with cross functional teams to deliver the same
- Define and implement a robust and scalable design system at Chronicle
- Work as the bridge between cross functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Lay the foundations of product building processes at Chronicle; establish a high performing culture of innovation, growth and development
- Grow and lead a talented product team, developing careers and capabilities of all team members
💪 You will be a good fit if you have
- 3+ years of product management experience working in a digital product led organisation
- Experience collaborating with a diverse team in a rapid growth environment. Huge plus if you’ve worked with distant teammates and understand the communication patterns of working with highly distributed remote teams
- A strong understanding of mobile and web technologies and industries; technical background is a huge plus!
- A passionate self-starter: We are early on our journey to shape the future of work. Your passion and ownership will define how we build products that people love.
- A demonstrated and focused desire to build products and services that customers will love
- Ability to structure problems and solve from first principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
